Following his debut ep “Dark Side”, Lino Pugliese a.k.a. Linuz returns to Memento Records with the eagerly anticipated “Years Ago”, a two-tracker exploring the underground sound experimentations that have become the trademark of the city of Bologna’s vibrant alternative club life.

First track “Short Ride” literally takes you on a journey high in the skies, with a string of synths and stretched out noises of airplane engines morphing into a down pitched spoken-word claiming that “….mankind is lead into the darkness by the inspiration of discovery”.

Second offering “Bath Road” goes right into deep house territory, a kick-driven softer piece with looped vocal snippets and subtle bass changes throughout its entire length, which make for a perfect trippy laid back experience.
